这次派了每股3.43sen；其中3.37sen是要扣税10%，另0.06sen则免税。

除权日前，咪果共持有2000股而已，所以算法如下：-

2000股 x (RM0.0337-10%)
= 2000股 x RM0.03033
= RM 60.66

2000股 x RM0.0006
= RM 1.20

咪果收到的租金入息是 RM 60.66 + RM 1.20 = RM 61.86

由于当初申请时，咪果是选择eDividen的，所以在付款日即29.08.2013，租金就会进入咪果银行户口。
